Canyon tunnel project work suspended after deadly 'rock fall' inside tunnel, water agencies say

The South San Joaquin Irrigation District and Oakdale Irrigation District said all construction work has been suspended at the Canyon Tunnel Project after a worker was killed at the site on Tuesday.
