"Owners declined to refund $500 boat ride, when guide stated it it was too windy for ride anytime after 9AM that day. The only time the guide could offer was 7am. We declined a 7am boat ride (keeping in mind this is our vacation and we go out with family late for dinner). The guide stated if we declined a 7am boat ride d/t unsafe conditions at other times, the owners would refund our money. The owners declined to refund our $500 stating they "OFFERED" a boat ride at 7am and we declined".They have no written policy about boat rides, times or refunds, despite proclaiming "safety first" on their website. Would a midnight time offer for a boat ride also count as an "offer" and excuse not to refund our money? Who wants a 7am or midnight boat ride on vacation?? Buyer Beware. Owners blocked our cell phone and refuse to return our calls or discuss any compromise other than offering a discount to return again to their outfit. No thank you, not sure why they think we would want to come back again to this outfitter. FYI we also did a hog hunt and 2 stands had no feeders and we did not see ONE hog much less get a shot at one. Good luck if you choose this business."
